Credit Union of Colorado seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive complex organizational initiatives across business and technical teams. You will define requirements, create implementation plans, and manage sponsors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with Bold Steps and strategic priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years of progressive PM, business analysis, or CSI work.
• PMP or ability to obtain within six months of hire; experience with software implementations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex, high-impact organizational projects through full lifecycle within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and run organized project meetings; define and control project scope; monitor activities.
• Lead project team, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve conflicts and allocate resources.
• Communicate status updates and develop reports based on project metrics for leadership.
• Oversee vendor relationships to deliver project requirements and ongoing efforts.
