Responsibilities

• Define project scope based on client requirements and manage delivery economics.
• Plan and track scope, schedule, and resources for a single LOB.
• Create weekly/monthly MIS reports to monitor performance and quality.
• Escalate deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Manage attrition, performance, and development within the team.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with QA teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing proposals and estimates for upcoming engagements.
