Aufgaben

• Act as primary facility liaison between Sanmina and the client, safeguarding commercial requirements and expectations.
• Align all account actions with contractual agreements to protect organizational interests.
• Master core operations needed for new program introduction, order execution, and product enhancements.
• Oversee client satisfaction, order fulfillment, top-line growth, commercial issue resolution (A/R, E&0, uPPV, Credit, RMAs), and account expansion.
• Spearhead customer satisfaction initiatives while mentoring internal teams to achieve performance goals.
• Gather precise data to enable effective supply commitment and demand planning cycles.
• Resolve operational and demand scheduling discrepancies between client expectations and plant capacity.
