Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 8+ years of Program Manager experience in manufacturing.
• Medical PM experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP, MS Project and Excel.
• Knowledge of ISO13485 requirements.
• SMT and system-level manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning and establish realistic commits for production.
• Coordinate builds and priorities with internal teams and customers.
• Expedite units on the factory floor to meet schedules.
• Ensure readiness of processes and resources for launches.
• Provide timely customer status updates and issue escalation.
• Drive on-time delivery, cost management, and key metrics.
• Collaborate with R&D for DFx/DFM assessments and factory readiness.
