Responsibilities

• Serve as primary site liaison between SCI and the customer, manage relationships and escalate appropriately.
• Apply PMO best practices to create plans aligned with requirements and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define scope, roles, and deliverables and ensure on-time execution.
• Prepare clear progress reports and time-tracking for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Development to understand and negotiate contract/MSA terms.
• Facilitate meetings, drive issue resolution, and oversee ECO implementations.
