Job summary
Sanmina Fremont is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and execute strategic manufacturing programs in precision metal fabrication and assembly. You’ll bridge design, operations, and supply chain to ensure successful launches and ramp-ups across our global footprint.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP is a strong asset.
- 8+ years in program/project/manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years in Precision Metal Fabrication programs.
- Experience with Fortune 500 or global manufacturing.
- Hands-on Oracle ERP or SAP and Kinaxis for large programs.
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems.
- Strong leadership and communication with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic manufacturing programs for precision metal fabrication.
- Own end-to-end program management across multi-site operations.
- Monitor budgets and schedules; manage multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Provide executive status reports to SVP and leadership.
- Drive ERP/MRP integration and supply chain planning with Kinaxis.
