Job summary

Unigen in Newark, CA is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer-focused programs for designated products, ensuring quality service and profitable operations. You will coordinate with planning, engineering, and sales to develop mass production roadmaps, manage orders, and drive on-time delivery.

The role requires strong analytical, budgeting, and ERP/MRP experience, with a track record in manufacturing environments, preferably PCBA.

Qualifications

• Analytical, financial and budgeting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, and QAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer on product introduction to mass production road map
• Rationalize customer demand and manage customer orders
• Review and finalize customer quotation
• Drive delivery and ship schedule with planning department clear to build status
• Manage business transfer and ramping plan
• Ensure quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards
• Propose and coordinate statements of work (SOW)
• Develop and manage client relationship and business within the program
• Identify, assess, mitigate risk and monitor progress against plans
