Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics/computer engineering or a related technical field.
• 8+ years in test engineering, preferably in EMS/PCBA/electronics manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in PCBA Functional Testing, ICT, and Flying Probe Testing.
• Experience overseeing test programs, fixtures, validation, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Test Engineers with priorities and timelines.
• Define and enforce test engineering strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee PCBA test solutions, including Functional Test, ICT, and Flying Probe.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for test reliability and yield.
• Collaborate with NPI, Manufacturing, Quality, and Design for production readiness.
