Job summary

Unigen is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management in Newark, CA, to provide executive leadership and governance across the product portfolio and key accounts. The role oversees PM teams, drives financial stewardship, and aligns cross-functional teams to meet contractual commitments.

The position emphasizes executive stakeholder management, contract negotiations, and strategic leadership to ensure sustainable account growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10+ years of program management experience in EMS/CM environments with proven leadership of PM teams.
• Demonstrated expertise managing P&I, balance sheets, and contract negotiations (T&Cs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer accounts regarding performance, issues, and contracts.
• Lead executive QBRs, customer scorecard, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee and mentor Senior PMs, PMs, and PMCs; drive cost, revenue, and profitability reporting.
