Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience in an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or contract manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise managing P&I, balance sheets, program profitability drivers, claims collections, and commercial contract negotiations (T&Cs).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project) with Advanced Excel; strong understanding of backlog, MRP, ERP (Oracle R12/ASCP), PLM (Agile), and Portus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer accounts regarding operational performance and contract resolution.
• Own and direct customer QBRs, customer scorecards, and satisfaction metrics.
• Manage P&I, balance sheet performance, revenue forecasting, and pricing rationale for quotes.
• Direct, manage, and mentor Senior PMs, PMs, and PMCs; drive career development across the program management team.
