Job summary

SelectTech is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs with responsibility for scope, budget, and delivery. You will coordinate technical, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time execution of contracts and programs.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of program management experience, EVMS familiarity, and strong communication skills. This role requires a Secret clearance and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in a relevant technical or management field; advanced degree preferred.
• PMI PMP certification is desirable; willing to pursue within first year.
• 7+ years of experience in project/program management.
• Familiar with EVMS and related contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR).

Responsibilities

• Define scope and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop Statements of Work and manage end-to-end program execution.
• Communicate expectations to team and stakeholders clearly.
• Estimate resources, prepare budgets, and monitor spend.
• Negotiate staffing and manage vendors/subcontractors.
• Identify dependencies and critical path; provide progress reports.
• Manage scope changes and contingency plans; supervise team and suppliers.
• Travel to customer/vendor sites as needed; build key relationships.
