Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead large-scale engineering development programs and act as the primary interface between Program Management and engineering functions.

You will ensure engineering scope is delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with technical objectives. The role requires extensive experience guiding multidisciplinary teams across the full system lifecycle and the ability to obtain and maintain SAP access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Physics, Mathematics or STEM with 14+ years experience, OR Master’s with 12+ years, OR PhD with 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering interface between Program Management and functional engineering organizations.
• Lead execution of engineering scope, ensuring schedule and budget alignment.
• Provide engineering inputs for program reviews, status reporting, and leadership briefings.
