Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager in the United States to lead cross-functional teams and drive programs from concept through production.

You will manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk, coordinating with customers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and quality. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, 10+ years of PM/Program management experience, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• Customer service orientation.
• Has effective written, oral and presentation skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• PMI Certification preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leads team via PM process map and manages day-to-day program tasking.
• Meets program customer requirements, cost goals and schedule; develops/generates follow-on business.
• Provides direction, leadership and development for assigned teams.
• Acts as Customer Point of Contact and can manage multiple projects for Tier 1 customers.
• Develops high-level plans to meet project and product cost targets and reports progress to management.
• Responsible for achieving customer and program booking, shipment, and financial performance goals.
• Implements new product development and production readiness.
• Leads design reviews and tracks day-to-day commitments.
• Monitors progress vs staffing plan and addresses resource constraints.
• Identifies risks and mitigation strategies; ensures corrective actions.
• Ensures cost models accuracy and margin targets.
