Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the tactical interface between the customer and Plexus functional areas. You will head the Customer Focus Team and manage day-to-day customer relationships, acting as the voice of Plexus to the customer and vice versa.

Primary responsibilities include aligning delivery commitments, conducting quarterly reviews, site visits, and driving improvements through Plexus Core Values. Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team(s), ensure team understands goals and can resolve issues.
• Lead interactions with customers on delivery commitments, quarterly reviews, site visits, PPV and NRE.
• Drive improvements in customer service using Plexus 5Es and Core Values.
• Use metrics to identify risks and work with functions to implement solutions.
• If applicable, mentor direct reports on leadership, succession, and development.
