Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large scale infrastructure program in a professional services setting. You will coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence across multiple work streams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, financial oversight, and proactive risk management in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Extensive PM experience and a PMP-friendly profile are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager.
• Experience in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment is required and must have led external customer facing projects.
• Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Security, or Collaboration PM experience required.
• Multisite deployment experience (Wireless, Wi-Fi, POS, etc.).
• PMP certification is desired.
• Understanding of financial processes; ability to analyze and create financial reports (preferably in Clarity).
• Extensive experience with people management, strategic planning and change management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large, complex projects.
• Create in-depth WBS with interdependencies and a defined critical path.
• Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies across all management levels.
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain resource plans and ensure effective allocation across the portfolio of projects.
• Use PM tools to improve execution and drive efficiencies.
• Oversee risk management plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet profitability goals.
