Job summary

With 10+ years in the field and at least 5 years in management, you will coordinate multi-project efforts, guide strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with firm goals. The position is full-time and based in Irvine, CA with a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within architecture, interior design, construction or real estate
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
• Program management experience including staffing, planning, and people management
• Adept at dealing with complexity, analyzing information, conflict resolution and implementing company vision
• Highly analytical and organized; excellent teambuilding and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee program objectives and strategy to assess impact on department, business and organization
• Define and oversee projects to reach targeted goals and align programs with business strategy
• Coordinate programs and client activities including Fortune 500 companies
• Create and maintain program budgets; manage resources across multiple projects
• Lead stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving
• Plan and monitor overall program execution; implement standards for production and quality
• Meet financial objectives by budgeting, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances
• Provide leadership and mentorship for program staff and teams
• Prepare action plans and contribute to strategic reviews and plans
• Support continuous improvement and change management across programs
