Job summary

Ware Malcomb seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead strategic objectives across multi-project initiatives in architecture and real estate. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination while guiding teams to meet performance targets and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within architecture, interior design, construction or real estate and a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Program Management experience including staffing, planning, and people management, managing performance and profitability, financial planning, promoting process improvement and strategic planning.
• Adept at dealing with complexity, analyzing information, conflict resolutionand implementing company vision.
• Highly analytical and organized.
• Excellent teambuilders.
• Great negotiator and influencer.
• Must have exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Preferred equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
