Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction or real estate
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
• Program management experience including staffing, planning and people management
• Experience managing performance, profitability, financial planning and process improvement
• Adept at dealing with complexity and implementing company vision
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Oversee multiple project activities to accomplish strategic objectives
• Plan and monitor overall program execution
