Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee program objectives and strategy to align with department, business and organizational goals.
• Define and supervise projects to reach targeted outcomes.
• Create and maintain program budgets and manage resources across projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, negotiate and resolve issues.
• Ensure production, quality, and customer-service standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures and analyze variances.
