Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction or real estate.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Program management with staffing, planning and people management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Adept at dealing with complexity, analyzing information and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program objectives and strategy to impact department, business and organization.
• Define and oversee projects to reach targeted goals and align with business strategy.
• Coordinate programs and clients across multiple projects; manage budgets and resources.
• Plan and monitor overall program execution and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare annual budgets, analyze variances and take corrective actions.
• Communicate job expectations, assess performance and contribute to strategic plans.
