Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction or real estate with minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Program management experience including staffing, planning, and people management, managing performance and profitability, financial planning.
• Adept at dealing with complexity, analyzing information, conflict resolution and implementing company vision.
• Highly analytical and organized with excellent teambuilding and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project activities to accomplish strategic objectives.
• Plan and monitor overall program execution across projects.
• Coordinate project teams and manage budgets across programs.
• Communicate with stakeholders, negotiate, and resolve issues.
• Ensure production standards, quality, and customer-service expectations are met.
• Prepare annual budget and track expenditures to meet financial objectives.
