This role focuses on high-level coordination for programs and clients, including 1 in 3 Fortune 500 companies, spanning high tech manufacturing, logistics, retail and sustainable technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction or real estate.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in staffing, planning and people management, profitability and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project activities to accomplish strategic objectives.
• Plan and monitor overall program execution.
• Coordinate projects and manage project teams.
• Create and maintain program budgets.
• Manage resources across multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Negotiate and resolve issues, contributing to strategic plans and action plans.
• Implement standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Meet financial objectives by budgeting, tracking expenditures and variances.
