Demonstrated outcomes with data-driven decisions and measurable impact.
Fluent in technical and analytical thinking, using SQL and data tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end—from problem framing through rollout and measurement.
Own operating cadence: planning rhythm, executive rituals, All Hands content, progress reviews.
Design and ship AI-powered automations to reduce repetitive work.
Build dashboards and inspection mechanisms to turn data into decisions.
Develop business cases, structure problems, and surface data-backed recommendations.
Translate priorities into programs with owners, milestones, and metrics.
Craft executive narratives and board-ready materials.
Support budget tracking and scalable operational capabilities.
