Job summary

Figma Weave is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to partner with the executive team and scale cross-functional programs. You will translate strategic priorities into concrete programs, ship AI-powered automations, and build dashboards and inspection mechanisms that turn data into decisions.

You will lead planning rhythms, executive rituals, and All Hands content, while collaborating with product, marketing, customer experience, and operations to deliver impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs end-to-end at a high-growth software or AI-native company.
• Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into concrete programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical and analytical fluency, comfortable with data tooling and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end—from problem framing to rollout, change management, and measurement.
• Own the operating cadence of Figma Weave, including planning rhythm and executive rituals.
• Design and ship AI-powered automations that remove repetitive manual work.
• Build dashboards, reviews, and inspection mechanisms turning data into decisions.
• Develop business cases to shape major decisions with clear recommendations.
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete programs with owners, milestones, and dependencies.
• Craft executive narratives and leadership materials to synthesize insight and align decisions.
