Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks a Lead Program Management Specialist to drive enterprise governance and performance across multiple programs in a national footprint. You will lead ESGP, coordinate EVM, and guide IPTs, engaging with stakeholders and executives to align policy and targets.

You will import best practices, mentor PM teams, and help shape the PM function for future initiatives while maintaining compliance and driving improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
• Experience leading or managing process improvement projects
• Experience building and presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadership
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
• Experience analyzing data and developing metrics to track performance to plan

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP) on multiple programs
• Supports Program Start Up and Earned Value Management (EVM) execution across multiple programs
• Provides Program Management Best Practice (PMBP) guidance and support across multiple programs
• Supports Rate Change Readiness (RCR) and Work Movement across multiple programs
• Supports implementation of Integrated Product Teams (IPT) model across multiple programs
• Coordinates commitments and communications with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategic initiatives
• Engages the PM community through workshops and training on program management requirements
• Represents senior management to communicate policy, strategy and direction
• Liaises with thought leaders to import best practices and shape the function
