Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Director of Engineering to oversee multiple sites, plan and evaluate engineering programs, and guide manufacturing and test engineering activities to meet program objectives. You will coordinate product development, provide engineering consultation, and work with top management to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Labor quoting and process improvement.
• Understanding of all EMS processes for PCB manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.
• Pass IPC-A-610 Modules 1 & 2.

Responsibilities

• Process Validation.
• Adhere to ESD requirements and Board Handling.
• Analyze and implement manufacturing engineering activities.
• Develop manufacturing plans and provide technical support.
• Perform design, development and analysis of manufacturing activities.
• Develop ECO and new product Introduction procedures.
