Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in program analysis or public health.
• Experience with government procedures and guidelines desired.
• Ability to obtain CDC Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full lifecycle of pre- and post-award documentation for contracts, IAAs, and cooperative agreements.
• Monitor DHQP funding, review spend plans, and perform budget analyses.
• Oversee program operations for policy adherence and resource allocation.
• Maintain records and prepare correspondence across CDC systems (ICE, G-Invoicing, GMM, RMS, UTAM, CONCUR).
• Engage stakeholders and represent the program in internal and external meetings.
• Support CDC response activities and training exercises as required.
