Job summary

Goldbelt C6 is seeking a Program Analyst II to provide program management and analysis support for the Office of the Director (OD).

You will prioritize resources, conduct financial analysis, and liaise with CDC offices and external partners to ensure policy adherence and successful outcomes. The role involves funding tracking, contract coordination, and performance reporting in a dynamic public health environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with government procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and allocate program resources; review and evaluate service delivery; recommend and execute operational changes.
• Perform strategic planning and financial analysis, including budgets, technical reviews, carryover requests, and contract modifications.
• Confer with and represent the program and division in meetings with CDC offices, grantees, and external partners.
• Monitor day-to-day program operations for policy/procedure adherence and goal achievement; take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate contracts and grants management tasks, including de-obligations and IAAs.
• Perform administrative duties requiring oversight and analysis, including project budget preparation.
• Maintain records for evaluation, control, and documentation of activities; prepare correspondence and reports.
• Coordinate pre/post award documentation processing for DHQP contracts, including SOWs and cost estimates.
• Track and manage DHQP funding, coordinating with Public Health Advisors on resource planning.
