Job summary

Goldbelt Integrated Logistics Services (GbILS) seeks a Program Management Analyst to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, GA. The role is a GbILS contractor placing you at a CDC facility, working full time on site at the CDC Chamblee Campus.

You will provide technical guidance on RFCs, contractual documents, and grant/contract management, while compiling data and preparing status reports to improve efficiency and cost savings across program management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years of federal government financial, budgeting, procurement, grants or contract support experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain CDC clearance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on RFC development and procurement processes.
• Support preparation of grants and contracts documentation and tracking in extramural systems.
• Develop program management status reports and improve internal processes for efficiency and cost savings.
• Analyze program management operations to meet goals and propose improvements.
• Prepare reports and briefs based on program management activities.
