Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple sub-projects within complex programs. You will ensure PMO standards, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate with clients, regional leadership and account teams.

You will be the single point of contact for scope, status, escalations and changes across the program to drive client business goals. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS, 5 years of program management experience in professional or managed services, PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in a Program Manager position within a Professional Services and/or Managed Services environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sub-projects and Project Managers assigned to a Program, ensuring PMO best practices.
• Communicate status and escalations to the client, regional leadership, and account teams.
• Single point of contact for scope, status, escalations, and changes across sub-projects.
• Meet client business goals and the overall success of the program.
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and schedules; track metrics and forecasting.
