Incora is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to direct financial growth and contract performance for key customer accounts. The role oversees bid strategy, revenue planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Planning and Procurement to ensure profitable, on-time execution.

The candidate will lead a contract team, drive performance metrics, and mentor associates while maintaining strong customer relationships and a focus on process improvements. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience and training, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Strong communication and influence skills at all levels.
• Experience in contract management or sales environments; good business acumen and P&L awareness.

Aufgaben

• Lead contract management with responsibility for growth strategies, P&L, customer service levels and revenue/margin growth plans.
• Develop bid strategies with Sales for new and renewals of contracted business.
• Monitor and improve contract processes; coordinate with Planning and Procurement to ensure supply continuity.
• Mentor and develop the team; manage on-site travel as needed; negotiate renewals using Best Practice Terms & Conditions.
