Job summary

Voya Financial in Windsor, CA seeks a seasoned Senior Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives up to $15M, coordinating across business and IT to deliver on time and within budget.

You will apply Voya delivery methodologies, mentor PM teams, and manage vendor relationships while communicating with senior leadership to ensure business outcomes and value realization for our clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large and/or significant projects or medium to large programs (typically $8M-$15M)
• Ability to promote change; drive delivery with autonomy
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong Project/Program Management Financial Acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead project/program planning, day-to-day execution, readiness, and reporting to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery
• Collaborate across organizations and cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
• Manage vendor relationships and engage senior leadership as trusted advisor
• Coach and mentor PM community across the enterprise
• Identify dependencies, risks, issues and mitigation plans; drive lessons learned and knowledge retention
