Job summary

Voya Financial is pursuing a Senior Program Manager to steer a complex enterprise cloud migration and data center exit within the Enterprise PMO. You will translate strategy into measurable plans, coordinate across applications, infrastructure, security, and operations, and report to senior leaders.

Based in the United States with hybrid work options, you will guide cross-functional teams through migration waves, risk management, and governance while delivering tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale cloud migration or enterprise transformation programs within PMO/EPMO.
• Senior program management with strategic planning, integrated roadmaps, governance, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for enterprise cloud migration and data center exit.
• Develop and manage an integrated program roadmap with milestones, dependencies, risks and reporting.
• Partner with EPMO leadership, tech executives, stakeholders and vendors to set governance and delivery expectations.
• Drive migration lifecycle from design to post-migration support and production readiness.
• Coordinate across application, infrastructure, security, networking, and operations teams to remove blockers.
• Communicate program health and decisions to senior leaders with clarity and pace.
