Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale cloud migration and data center exit programs.
• Senior PMO/EPMO experience with strategic planning and governance.
• Ability to translate enterprise objectives into actionable, measurable plans.
• Experience coordinating across application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure concepts and cloud security controls.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud operating models.
• Proven ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for a major enterprise cloud migration and data center exit program, ensuring alignment to business objectives and EPMO standards.
• Develop and manage an integrated program roadmap with milestones, workstreams, risks, decisions, and executive reporting.
• Partner with EPMO leadership, technology executives, and vendor partners to establish clear program outcomes and governance routines.
• Drive applications through the migration lifecycle including design, remediation, build, test, and post-migration support.
• Oversee remediation and development activities to prepare workloads for cloud migration readiness and production deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
• Ensure readiness for each migration wave with environment prep, security controls, monitoring, and cutover planning.
• Communicate program health, risks, decisions, and accomplishments to senior leaders.
