Job summary

Voya Financial in Windsor, CT is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale cloud migration and data-center exit program. You will shape the program roadmap, govern with the EPMO, and drive cross-functional execution across technology, security, and operations.

The role requires partnering with senior leaders to translate objectives into actionable plans, manage risks, dependencies, and milestones, and communicate progress to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in PMO/EPMO environments.
• Strong communication and leadership to drive complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for a major cloud migration and data-center exit program.
• Develop and manage an integrated program roadmap with milestones and executives reporting.
• Partner with EPMO leadership, technology executives and stakeholders to establish outcomes and governance.
• Drive migrations through design, remediation, build, test, migration, stabilization, and operations.
• Oversee remediation and development activities to prepare workloads for cloud readiness.
• Coordinate across application, infrastructure, security, network, database, and vendor teams.
• Ensure readiness for each migration wave with environment prep, security controls, and rollback planning.
• Communicate program health, risks, decisions, and accomplishments to senior leaders.
