Job summary

Voya Financial in Boston is seeking an experienced project and program leader to oversee planning, execution, readiness, and reporting for large projects up to $15M. You will guide complex changes across business units and IT, ensuring on-time delivery and value realization.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience in project management within financial services or consulting, strong leadership, and collaboration skills, with a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large projects or programs (typically $8M-$15M) in financial services or management consulting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change-management abilities.
• Ability to work with autonomy and across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controls.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across business and IT to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Plan, execute, and report on project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Partner with Finance to provide leadership with project financials and forecasts.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency opportunities while meeting commitments.
• Mentor PM community across the enterprise and foster strong stakeholder partnerships.
