Goldschmitt and Associates is seeking an Executive Program Manager to lead the FSS program and serve as the senior embedded leader for FSA's transition from project-based technology delivery to a product-centered operating model.

You will provide executive leadership, governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, guiding cross-organization efforts toward mission outcomes and user needs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex technology programs in multi-organization settings.
• Experience transforming organizations from project-based to product-based operating models.
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the FSS program across performance, schedule, risk, and resources.
• Interface with FSA leadership to align priorities and outcomes.
• Lead transition to a product operating model and establish governance and planning processes.
• Coach leaders on product leadership, prioritization, and governance.
