Goldschmitt and Associates is seeking an Executive Product SME to guide Federal Student Aid in transforming how technology products and platforms are governed, prioritized, engineered, delivered, and improved. This role requires senior-level experience leading large tech organizations and owning complex enterprise products, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior technology, product, engineering, or platform leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain a 6C Public Trust investigation (US citizenship).
• Experience transforming engineering or technology operating models, organizational structures, SDLC practices, and/or product roadmap processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on design and maturation of an enterprise product operating model.
• Coach leaders on product ownership, prioritization, roadmap development, and outcomes-based management.
• Help align product strategy with architecture, engineering, data, security, reliability, and customer outcomes.
• Evaluate delivery models and recommend changes to governance, SDLC, and decision-making processes.
• Provide executive perspective during major technology and product decisions.
• Mentor product owners and leaders in working with large engineering and SI organizations.
