Job summary

Lucid Motors in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead the Sales Operations team, focusing on Transaction, Order and Title Operations, and backend improvements that impact customer experience from order through delivery.

You will partner with Legal, Tax, IT, and SMEs to improve efficiency, validate system releases, and ensure accurate incentives, fees, and customer-facing documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive operations, transactional order management or related PM function.
• Understanding vehicle sales, DMV/contract workflows, and registration/title processes.
• Experience triaging production issues and validating releases (UAT).
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, reporting, and metrics use.
• Experience maintaining incentives, fees, discounts, tax logic and templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations projects from intake to deployment and post-launch communication.
• Own daily triage of Salesforce, CFS, and sales ops system issues; drive timely releases.
• Identify and eliminate manual workflows across Transaction, Order, and Title Ops.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and operating mechanisms for visibility into tickets and progress.
• Maintain vehicle sales databases; execute incentive updates; validate incentives across systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation of new fees, discounts, incentives, and programs.
