Qualifications

• 10+ years of related PM/Program Mgmt experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret data for decision support.
• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PM Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for complex problems.
• Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, customer quality, and corporate teams.
• Coach teams on selecting and using the right problem-solving tools.
• Ensure sustainable CAPA and governance of actions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making.
• Develop and deliver clear communications for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, and adhere to program or project schedules and requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
• Run change management for projects and programs and support project closure.
