Job summary

Lam Research in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Program/Project Manager for Global Lab Operations. You will drive projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain/ops/engineering or related field.
2+ years in project or program management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Analytical skills to interpret data for decisions.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
On-site lab work required.

Responsibilities

Analyze and collect lab data and user feedback for root cause and improvement opportunities.
Lead or participate in cross-functional problem-solving from root cause to corrective actions.
Create and sustain lab operation processes; track demo materials end-to-end.
Create lab communications and drive new processes across all BUs.
Create training materials and train teams on new or improved processes.
Sustain lab processes with 6S.
Represent Central Lab Operations on cross-functional sites.
