Job summary

Lam Research in Fremont, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager 4 to lead cross-functional software programs for Lam's Service Business. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years, or equivalent experience.
8+ years in technical program management, continuous improvement, or related roles.
Ability to travel up to 10% to engage with field users and learn requirements.
Strong judgment and decision-making to support technical/process improvements.
Knowledge of business process development, controls, and aligning execution with goals.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, WorkBoard, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Drive complex, cross-functional software programs from concept through to deployment.
Collaborate with project teams through planning, execution, and problem-solving to ensure delivery.
Own workstreams, track progress, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
Execute program plans with schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues across distributed teams.
Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with engineering teams.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams for alignment and execution.
Track feature execution and monitor progress, quality, and readiness across releases.
Improve business systems and processes by identifying gaps and driving enhancements.
Prepare clear program status updates and metrics for stakeholders.
