Job summary

Hybrid role (Mon-Wed), 18-month contract, focusing on risk, change control, and delivering complex programs. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and executive presence are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Finance background with project management experience.
• Experience managing project plans and keeping them on track.
• Ability to interact with local and regional senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading major change initiatives and delivering large projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support work streams within a program to ensure strategy and execution align with the overall vision.
• Accountable for delivering successful transitions and integration, managing resources across geographically dispersed locations.
• Communicate project activities across regions or functions to key management colleagues and team members.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs.
• Utilize project implementation documentation, including toolkits and migration schedules.
• Facilitate project risks and impacts on business initiatives to management within the organization.
• Design and create strategic documents such as Project Business cases, Assessments, and Communication plans.
• Present project updates and make presentations to senior-level management within Finance.
• Support and lead decision-making processes for progress on assigned programs/projects.
• Follow and adhere to project controls for assigned projects.
• Identify and resolve issues, manage project/program deliverables, and ensure change control processes are aligned.
