Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead cross-functional programs impacting financial systems and operational excellence in a global setting.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive transformational projects across finance and technology, shaping processes and outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is allowed within the US with occasional travel; the contract runs through June 30, 2027, with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• 8-9 years of experience in strategic program or project management within Finance, Operations, or Corporate Development.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-border programs across multiple time zones.

Program Manager IV

Required Skills

• 8-9 years of experience in strategic program or project management within Finance, Operations, or Corporate Development

• Deep understanding of finance operating models, including statutory reporting, transfer pricing, payroll, tax compliance, and ERP systems
• Outstanding executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong program governance discipline, including roadmaps, RAID tracking, and milestone management
• Ability to coordinate multiple functions with competing priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Slack, and Google Suite
