Axionova Engineering Ltd seeks a Program Director to drive and oversee strategic programs in our civil and infrastructure projects. You will design, implement, and refine programs that align with the company's vision and deliver value across multiple teams.

Reporting to the Executive Team, this full-time hybrid role requires leadership, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in program management within engineering, infrastructure, or construction.
• Leadership skills to guide diverse teams and meet deadlines.
• Strong strategic vision aligning programs with organizational goals.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Proven ability to foster partnerships with funders, stakeholders, and external organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Administration; Masters preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as program needs demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, execution, and refinement of programs to drive our mission and goals.
• Guide and mentor program staff to ensure high-quality execution.
• Cultivate relationships with funding partners, stakeholders, and clients to amplify program reach.
• Prepare and manage budgets to ensure programs run efficiently.
• Evaluate program success and identify growth areas for improvements.
• Collaborate on strategies to enhance program visibility and impact.
• Work with senior leaders to integrate programs across departments.
