Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CMA, PMP, Agile) preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting, finance, or project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross‑functional efforts with executive visibility.
• Strong business acumen supporting corporate functions such as operations, strategy, finance, or shared services.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages high-impact projects and serves as a program leader across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to assess impact of system and process changes.
• Defines project purpose, objectives, milestones, risks, and plans.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Identifies risks and dependencies early and drives mitigation strategies.
• Tracks scope, schedule, and risks using structured tools and processes.
• Delivers clear project-level communication to stakeholders.
• Coordinates training and process mapping to support change initiatives.
• Coordinates resources and holds teams accountable for deliverables.
• Fosters collaboration to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Provides portfolio-level reporting to support decision-making.
• Escalates risks with recommendations and trade‑offs.
• Mentors junior project managers.
• Builds project management capability through coaching and best practices.
