Job summary

Insight Global in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to plan, organize, and drive initiatives from initiation through execution. You will identify risks, build mitigation plans, manage budgets, and schedule timelines for timely delivery.

You will partner with Finance and Technology leaders to align programs, provide leadership to project teams, report progress against objectives, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in project or program management, defining, launching, and iterating on impactful projects or programs.
• Strong experience in project management methodologies and templates.
• Proficiency in program tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheets).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to execution, identifying risks and issues and implementing mitigation plans.
• Proactively build relationships with Finance and Business/Technology leaders to drive alignment and optimize program operations.
• Provide structure and guidance to lead, motivate, and hold accountable project teams and deliver on priorities.
• Drive and report progress against program objectives and goals.
• Communicate efficiently with audiences at all levels, with strong oral and written skills.
