Qualifications

6-8+ years of progressive experience in Program Management in software, SaaS and/or related industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent a must; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead programs or projects involving cross-functional teams delivering new product offerings.
Design and refine standardized portfolio management processes to tackle complex initiatives.
Partner with senior leaders to build strategic roadmaps and execution plans.
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies to meet time and budget constraints.
Drive release management activities to ensure successful deployment of product updates.
