• Experience with Microsoft Project Plan, Budgeting, Risk Management, CRM, Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, define project stages and evaluate business implications for IT projects.
• End-to-end program management including budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead strategy, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
• Develop project plans and schedules, work estimation and task breakdown.
• Manage deliveries from initiation to completion in a matrix organization.
• Define scope, requirements, schedules and resource management for implementations.
• Utilize MS Project Plan, Budgeting, Risk Management, CRM, Waterfall, Scrum and Agile methodologies.
