Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Durham, NH, seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead customer-focused program execution onsite. You will align operations, SIOP, engineering, and contracts to deliver on cost, schedule, and performance, guiding programs through all lifecycle phases and addressing risks with actionable plans.

You will work directly with customers, site leadership, and multiple functional teams to ensure successful delivery, growth, and continuous improvement while aligning with CORE

Qualifications

University degree or advanced degree in related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant program management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage programs through full lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and priorities.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Contracts to meet commitments.
Serve as primary customer interface for requirements, status, risks and performance.
Drive risk mitigation, resource planning, and contract changes with stakeholders.
Support business growth initiatives and contract negotiations as needed.
